Lindblum Design is a small engineering design studio based in Malaysia, designing lamps, small furniture, tinkerets and engineering prototypes. This policy explains what information we collect when you use lindblumdesign.com and how we use it.

We collect only what we need to run the shop and the studio:

• Account details — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Order details — the items you buy, your shipping address and delivery preferences, so we can make and deliver your order.
• Enquiries — messages you send us about commissions or custom work, including via WhatsApp.
• Design activity — configurations you create in our design tools and your download history, so we can manage download credits.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• To process orders, take payment and arrange delivery.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates (you can opt out of non-essential updates in your account settings).
• To respond to enquiries and manage commissioned work.
• To keep your account, downloads and preferences working.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the store:

• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Firebase (Google) — to host accounts, the product catalogue and order records.
• Delivery carriers — your name, address and contact details, only when shipping an order.
• Email delivery providers — to send order and account emails.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account information is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable laws, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional communications. Email hello@lindblumdesign.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
