Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of lindblumdesign.com and any purchase or commission from Lindblum Design ("the studio", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Many of our pieces are made in small batches or to order. We do our best to show accurate photos, colours and dimensions, but because each piece is individually made, minor variations in colour, grain, texture and finish are normal and part of the character of the work.

Lead times shown on product pages are estimates. If a delay becomes significant, we will let you know and offer you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund of that item.

Prices are shown in the site currency and include the shipping and handling fees displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards and FPX online banking for MYR payments.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, if a pricing error occurred, or if we cannot verify the payment.

The Studio Retainer is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Partial months are not refunded.

Commissions and engineering prototypes are quoted individually. Once design or fabrication work has started on a custom piece, the order cannot be cancelled for a full refund; any partial refund is at our discretion based on work completed. See our Refund Policy for details.

Design files (such as .STL files) downloaded from the site are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may print them for yourself, but you may not sell the files, sell printed copies, or redistribute the files. All design rights remain with Lindblum Design.

All designs, photographs, text and files on this site are the property of Lindblum Design and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our products are decorative objects and functional prototypes, not safety-critical equipment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country say otherwise.
